Terms of Service

Please read these terms of service carefully before using the services provided by Josh Olson Coaching LLC. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Services

DomainLLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as described in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will detail the scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for the engagement. Any services outside the scope of the SOW will require a new agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to payJosh Olson Coaching LLC the fees as outlined in the SOW. Services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis and are payable in advance of the service period. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.

3. Client Obligations

The client shall provide all necessary access to digital properties (e.g., website admin access, ad account access, analytics) required forJosh Olson Coaching LLC to perform its services. The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content and materials provided to the agency.

4. Limitation of Liability

DomainLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall the total liability ofJosh Olson Coaching LLC exceed the total fees paid by the client toJosh Olson Coaching LLC in the preceding three months. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance results.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
